– A varied combination of movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation. Good for those who are dealing with injuries, recovering from illness and /or want to practise more slowly and gently.

19.45-20.45 Yoga Nidra, Online with Triyoga
– A full guided yoga nidra relaxation experience, moving through the 5 koshas (levels of being).

PRIVATE SESSIONS: COGNITIVE HYPNOTHERAPY / YOGA THERAPY / PAST LIFE REGRESSION

Sessions are 60-90 minutes. They can take place online via Zoom, or in person, in Dalston, (5-6 minutes walk from Dalston Kingsland overground station) and are by appointment, within the times listed on the schedule above.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation to help us both decide if and how we might work together.

Single sessions are £150 for up to 90 minutes
A series of 4 is £450 (paid at the start and valid 3 months), which also includes a personal practice programme and email support.
